Sherman Square Apartments was located in the Capital Hill area of Denver, Colorado a popular residential area, close to transit, shopping, parks and The Colorado Institute of Art. It was comprised of one four-storey apartment building with 28 suites, an 18 space underground parking lot and seven outdoor parking spaces. All suites had either porches or balconies. Anthem purchased the property in 1993, converted the rental suites to condos and sold them individually between 1994 and 1996.
