Formerly the Molson Brewery, and steeped in history as a distillery and brewery operation dating back to the early 1900s, the site is located on the perimeter of downtown Edmonton near Glenora. The Molson site is adjacent to the Crosstown Chrysler site, together the properties create a land assembly of 14.2 acres. With mutual benefits to both parties, Anthem sold the Molson site to the owners of Crosstown Chrysler in February 2013. The assembly will allow for an exciting, integrated mixed use development that will best suit the needs of the surrounding community.
