Anthem acquired this property in 2013, and made considerable renovations to restore the building to its brick and beam frame, creating space for three new office tenants in the 15,923 square feet above the 4,934 square feet of street front retail. The building with its recognizable sign has been a prominent structure in Vancouver for over 125 years.
