Panorama Ridge was a 220 lot single family housing development located in the Powderhorn Subdivision, Jefferson County, in southwest metropolitan Denver. Jefferson County was a popular residential area, 20 minutes from downtown and close to recreation and shopping areas. Anthem purchased the development in October 1992, and proceeded to develop and sell the 220 completed building lots between 1993 and 1998.
