Two more towers in Burnaby, B.C.’s Station Square development have been given the green light from the city.
The towers, 48-storeys with 440 units and 38-storeys with 330 units, are the second and third in the Station Square development.
The 48-storey tower is the tallest of the five planned and the tallest tower in Burnaby to hit its selling phase.
It will feature lowrise office space, a retail podium and green space spanning an entire city block.
The project is attached to the Metrotown Skytrain station.
The project is being developed by Anthem Properties Group and Beedie Living.
Beedie Group is the general contractor. The architect is Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc. and Kasian Architecture is the retail architect.
